Terms

Last updated 31 August 2026

The deal, in plain words: you keep everything you make here, you stay responsible for what gets published under your name, and we run the machinery that gets it there.

Your account

You need to be 18, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account. Keep your credentials to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you, and we cannot tell the difference.

If you open a workspace on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you are allowed to agree to this on its behalf.

Your content stays yours

Your briefs, brand material, uploaded media and every draft written from them remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the product for you: to store that material, send it to a language model to generate drafts, and publish what you approve to the accounts you have connected. That permission ends when you delete the content or close the account.

You are confirming you have the rights to whatever you upload. If you do not own an image, do not put it in the brand kit.

Connected accounts and publishing

Connecting a social account authorises us to post to it on your behalf, at the times you schedule. That authorisation is yours to withdraw: disconnect the account and we stop, immediately.

Each network has its own rules, and they outrank ours. A post that breaches LinkedIn’s or TikTok’s terms can be removed by them, and your account there can be restricted, regardless of anything we say here. We cannot appeal those decisions for you.

Drafts are drafts

Influenar writes with a language model. That means a draft can be wrong, can misstate a fact about your business, and can produce something you would never have said — which is exactly why nothing publishes without passing through the approval step you control.

Once you approve a post, it is your post. You are responsible for what it says.

What you cannot use it for

  • Anything illegal where you or your audience are.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or engagement schemes that breach the rules of the network you are posting to.
  • Impersonating a person or organisation, or publishing under a brand you do not represent.
  • Harassment, or content that targets a private individual.
  • Attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or to reach another workspace's data.

We can suspend an account that does these things, and will act faster where somebody is being harmed.

Price

Influenar is free to use while it is finding its feet. If that changes we will tell you in advance and give you the chance to decline — we will not turn a free account into a charged one without asking first.

Availability, and the limits of what we promise

We work to keep scheduled posts going out on time, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Publishing depends on networks we do not control, and a platform outage or a revoked token can delay or prevent a post. Where we can tell a post failed, we surface it rather than hiding it.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost revenue or missed reach arising from a post that did not go out. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like, and doing so deletes your workspaces and their contents. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will say why unless doing so would make things worse.

Changes

We will give account holders notice by email before any change that materially affects this agreement. Continuing to use Influenar after that means the new version applies.
