Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Influenar website and services.
Welcome to Influenar (the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, service pages, and social media management workflows (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
“Influenar,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the Influenar service currently presented to users in Saudi Arabia.
The Service includes managed social planning support, posting workflows, campaign reporting, content review, and advisory services. Features and process steps may evolve over time. We may add, remove, or modify features where needed, including third-party integration changes.
We may offer free trials or beta features. These are provided as-is and may carry restrictions, usage limits, and change or removal without prior notice.
“Your Content” includes all materials you upload, generate, or submit through our Service, such as text, images, captions, links, schedules, and references.
The Service may connect to third-party social platforms to publish or analyse content. Your relationship with those platforms remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We can be asked by you to remove platform access at any time from your settings, but outcomes and posting availability depend on those platform providers.
If AI features are used, your prompts and selected inputs may be processed to generate suggestions or content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so you should review and approve outputs before publishing.
All brand assets, software, layouts, wording, and service tooling developed by Influenar remain our property or that of our licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant Influenar the right to use that input without compensation for product improvement and communication, unless another written agreement says otherwise.
Our handling of personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and part of these Terms.
You may stop service use at any time according to your agreement terms. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, serious policy violations, or legal requirements. On termination, your service access ends and retention follows our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous availability, or specific posting and analytics outcomes from third-party channels.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither Influenar nor its affiliates are liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Total liability is capped to the highest amount permitted under applicable law and the fees paid for service in the prior 12 months where that limit is enforceable.
You agree to indemnify and hold Influenar harmless from claims arising out of your content, misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
If you opt into product updates or marketing email, you may unsubscribe at any time. Transactional and account-related messages remain necessary for service operations.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and improve performance. Usage of the Site implies consent within your browser or privacy settings and our cookie controls.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated before they take effect where reasonable. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer laws. If a dispute arises, the courts with jurisdiction there or elsewhere as permitted by law may hear it.
