Every check is a rule that can be stated in one sentence and verified by reading your post: whether it fits 2,200 characters, whether the first line survives the point where TikTok adds a "more" link, how many hashtags it carries, whether it is one unbroken block of text, and whether it contains styled Unicode that a screen reader cannot read.
The score is a weighted count of those checks and nothing more. It is not a prediction — no function running in your browser can know how a post will perform, because that depends on your account, your audience, the hour, and a ranking model nobody outside the network has seen.
Checks marked as observations do not affect the score. Counting your links is useful; deciding for you whether a link belongs in a post is not.
